Damaged or Defective Goods
Refuse shipment - If an item is visibly damaged upon receipt DO NOT accept the item from the courier. The item will be returned and replaced within ten (10) working days.
Returning a damaged or defective item - If an item is damaged or defective return to Disa Sports at Unit 3 Wespark, 13 – 6th Street, Montague Gardens, 7441. Item must be returned in original packaging and Disa Sports must be notified of such incident within 48 hours. Customer will not be charged for return. Before returning the item/s please contact us to confirm return.
Notification of damaged item - Keep item in original packaging. Notify us within 24hours of the incident. We will immediately arrange for a replacement.
Contact customer service - The incident can be reported by using the Contact page, using the Returns link at the footer of the Disa Sports website (https://shop.disasports.co.za/) or contact customer service on firstname.lastname@example.org or 021 5521392
Other than “Defected” or “Damaged” goods, Disa Sports shall not accept any items returned due to dislike.
